Black and white medium close up portrait of a man in an RCAF uniform. He is wearing a hat with an RCAF Officer Hat Badge and there is an RCAF Air Gunner badge on his jacket. The negative (labelled a) was accompanied by one proof (labelled b). The negative and proof were stored in the same brown paper bag with "6326 J.W. Farrish Gorrie Ont. 3 - 8 x 10 - 2.50" written on it in blue ink. Also in the same bag were three letters from Henderson to Farrish (A992.0003.235).
