Black and white medium close up portrait of a man in an RCAF uniform. He is wearing a wedge cap and his smile shows some of his teeth. A Lead Aircraftman badge is barely visible on his right arm. The negative (labelled a) was accompanied by one photographic proof (labelled c). The negative and proof were kept in the same brown paper bag as A992.0003.223. "6402" was written in blue ink in the top left hand corner of the bag.
