Tweedie Wedding
about 1940-1945
Black and white image of a bride and groom taken inside a studio. The groom is wearing a uniform with a Navigator badge and a hat. In his right hand, he is holding a pair of black gloves. The bride is in a full length white dress with the train draped in front of her feet. She is also wearing a veil and holding a bouquet of flowers with her left hand. Her right hand is holding her husband's arm. The negative (labelled a) was accompanied by one black and white print (labelled b) and one proof (labelled c). The negative and proof were kept in a brown envelope with "1060 Tweedie Wedding" written on it in blue ink. Also in the envelope was one picture of the wedding party (A992.0003.197).
