Sheppard Wedding Party
about 1940-1945
Black and white image of a man and woman on their wedding day with the rest of their wedding party. The groom is in uniform and the man to his right is wearing a suit. The bride is wearing a long white dress with sleeves, and a hat/veil combination. She is also holding a bouquet of flowers. The two women to her left are wearing knee length, light coloured dresses, hats, and are holding floral bouquets The picture was taken inside a studio. The negative (labelled a) was accompanied by two prints (labelled b & c). The negative and proof were kept in a brown envelope with "1014 Mr. Geo Sheppard Town Wedding 7 - Salo $9.00" written on it in blue ink and pencil. Also in the envelope were two pictures of the wedding party (A992.0003.187 & A992.0003.189).
