The engraving on the cross reads "R.I.P GB 1652976 Born Apr. 30, 1915 L.A.C. RAF Sullivan, M. J. Died Jul. 6, 1943." The original negative (labelled a) was accompanied by 2 black and white photographic prints (labelled b & c). The negative and photograph were kept in a brown envelope with "990 Sky Harbour Grave LAC Sullivan" written on it in blue ink.
