The back and middle rows are standing and the front row is seated on chairs or crouching outside on the ground. An airplane and barrack form the backdrop. "No. 12 EFTS - No. 80 Class" is written near the bottom of the image. The negative was in a brown envelope with "No. 80 Huron County Flying Training School" written on it in pencil.
