The back two rows are standing, the next row is sitting on chairs, and the front row are kneeling on the floor inside. "No. 12 EFTS Class 70" appears near the bottom of the picture. There are 7 black and white photographs with different exposures (labelled a - g) and 1 negatives (labelled h). The photographs and negative were in a brown envelope with "Sky Harbour Class 70 15 - glossy 20 - semi matt" written on it in pencil.
